What you need to know before trekking

Hotels may change depending on availability, but the level and category of accommodation remain the same. Some trekking days may be adjusted for safety reasons or due to weather conditions. The tour is accompanied by Russian-speaking and English-speaking guides. Sometimes there may also be a local guide. Transfer times are approximate and depend on road conditions and weather. The duration of transitions is also approximate and depends on the physical fitness of the participants and weather conditions. The maximum point of the route reaches 5130 meters. Lunch boxes are organized on a buffet principle: after breakfast, each participant independently chooses products for lunch. During trekking, only boiled water is provided - it is recommended to have a personal flask. Transfer and transport: • For 1–4 people: Toyota Land Cruiser (for an additional fee). • For 3–15 people: one Mercedes Sprinter minibus (17 seats, air conditioning). Escort: • Trekking guide. Visa issues: Citizens of the European Union do not need a visa to enter Kyrgyzstan. There is a free visa-free regime for up to 60 days. Meals: Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner).

Stationary tent camps

We set up stationary camps along the entire route. Every year we improve the infrastructure and increase comfort. If you book this route, you get access to all camp amenities. Advantages: • Convenience. You don't need to carry food and bivouac equipment - everything is prepared in advance. • Economy. There is no need to hire a cook or porter - costs are reduced. • Safety. Each camp has communication and a detailed route map is provided.

Equipment of each stationary tent camp

All camps are equipped for your comfort and safety:

• Four-person tents, but accommodation for 2 people for more comfort

• Yurts available: single, double, quadruple

• Kitchen tent - designed for 10-20 people

• 5 cm mattresses and camping mats are provided

• Toilet and wash tents. For shower, a basin, ladle and warm water are provided (in bad weather the water may be cool)

• Free: tea, coffee, sweets, cookies

• Alcohol and drinks (vodka, wine, cognac, juices, etc.) - for an additional fee at the camp bar

• Kitchen utensils, tables and chairs

Porter services

Norm: 12 kg per person. Each additional kg - +20 USD for the entire tour.

Tipping in Kyrgyzstan: rules and recommendations

In Kyrgyzstan, tipping is not mandatory, but staff are always grateful. In most cases, the 10-15% included in the bill is part of the staff's salary, not a tip. If you leave a tip for the guide, driver or porter - it's a sign of appreciation for their work. The average recommended amount: 5-15 USD per day per person - this amount is distributed among all employees.
